Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly, you must request changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering.
After 12 hours, requests will be denied. You can still return the order for a full refund after you receive it.


What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

  • Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays and sale seasons.

  • We process orders Monday–Friday.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing.

  • We do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery takes approximately 2–4 weeks.


What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

  • Prices are displayed tax-free in EUR.

  • You may be liable for duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery, as determined by your local customs office.

  • These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and all relevant details as soon as you receive your package. We’ll do our best to resolve your case quickly.


When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • For credit/debit cards, refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the return or cancellation request.

  • For posting times, please contact your bank/card issuer.
    If you haven’t seen the credit yet, first check with your bank/credit card company—it may take some time to post.
